Our Lady of the Lake Retreat Team is composed of Confirmed youth leaders from 8th grade through College. We are focused on preparing students to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation and leading our Parish youth as active church community members. We have alot of fun along the way!
Retreat Team Commitment:- As youth leaders, Team members are asked to lead by example, attending weekly Mass and demonstrating active use of the Gifts of the Holy Spirit: Knowledge, Understanding, Wisdom, Fortitude, Piety, Counsel, and Fear of the Lord.
- We require High School students to attend 10 out of the 20 scheduled meetings throughout the year.
- All team members are required to help with the 8th Grade Confirmation Retreat scheduled each Spring.
- Team members work together to develop new events and opportunities for youth involvement in our community and are asked to assist in planning and running certain events.
