During Lent, an appeal for financial support was made on behalf of our sister parish in Haiti. The challenge was issued for one hundred parishioners to donate $240 annually. What an incredible response it was!
Thirty-one people signed up for the WESHARE option of monthly donations. Equally wonderful was the number of people who chose to write a single check for $240 or more, along with the incredible cash donations received. The total collection came to $20,552.00!!!!
This amount of money is not only life-changing, but truly lifesaving. Thank you to everyone who donated.

If you missed the opportunity to donate, you can still write a check payable to OLL (with "Haiti" in the memo), put it in a plain envelope and drop in the Sunday collection basket or drop it off at the Parish office.
